An account will be marked inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. wnbd will send a warning via email. If the account remains inactive after 24 months, an inactivity fee may apply.
Please Note: The right to withdraw a valid balance remains intact even after account closure, unless the funds have been forfeited due to fraudulent activity.
